This notice applies to SMS text messages sent by Square10 Solutions LLC ("Square10"). It explains the terms of Square10's SMS messaging program and how information associated with that program is handled.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Description
Square10 uses SMS for manual, one-to-one support and operational communications with existing clients, authorized client contacts, and individuals who have opted in regarding an active Square10 service or project inquiry.
Messages may include:
- Support-request and troubleshooting coordination
- Case or incident-status updates
- Project, migration, maintenance, and change coordination
- Scheduling and meeting logistics
- Access or configuration follow-up
- Responses to service or project inquiries initiated by the recipient
Square10 does not use this SMS program for bulk marketing, promotional offers, cold prospecting, or unsolicited advertising.
Consent
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Square10, you consent to receive support and operational text messages at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Square10 services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
You may stop receiving messages from a Square10 telephone number at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive confirmation that no further messages will be sent from that number.
To resume receiving messages, reply START.

SMS Privacy Statement
Square10 may collect your name, mobile telephone number, SMS consent status, messages exchanged with Square10, and information you voluntarily provide during an SMS conversation.
Square10 uses this information to:
- Send and respond to support and operational text messages
- Coordinate service requests, projects, maintenance, and scheduled activities
- Respond to active service or project inquiries
- Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests
- Operate and administer its SMS messaging service
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, and telecommunications requirements
Square10 may provide information to telecommunications carriers, messaging platform providers, and other service providers solely as necessary to deliver and operate the SMS service or as required by law.
Square10 does not sell mobile information.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from communicating with Square10 through other available channels.
